Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In 1 gallon resealable bag, mix bisquick, cheese, salt, and paprika. Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag and shake to coat. Place on cookie sheet . Repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.
Bake 12-14 minutes, turning half way through bake time, until no longer pink in center.
Wendy's notes: I used a package of chicken tenders so I didn't have to cut up the chicken and used garlic salt instead of plain salt.
