Ingredients:
8 small red potatoes (7-8, roughly for the two of us)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar -- 2-3, but Tim likes less than 3 T
3 tablespoons canola oil
3 green onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Nature's Made seasoning
dried dill
salt and pepper
Directions:
Bring potatoes to a boil. Cook until tender, drain and cool (somewhat). Cut potatoes into quarters.
Whisk together vinegar, oil, dill, seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over warm potatoes. Add green onions.
