Ingredients:

salmon fillets
salt and pepper -- to taste
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Directions:
Stacy's Notes: I saw this recipe in a magazine that I flipped through in Walmart. Just wrote down the measurements for the sauce ingredients. I halved the brown sugar, soy sauce, dijon and rice wine vinegar since I was only using 2 small frozen fillets. It made more than enough sauce for two. If using four fillets, use the full amount of sauce.

I baked this in a pyrex dish (sprayed) in my toaster oven on 400ยบ (convection) for about 15 minutes. I used the maple-hoisin recipe as a guideline for the time and temperature. This came out really good, we both liked it. Definitely make it again.
