2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons oil -- 2-3 tablespoons
1 1/2 cups ginger ale
Directions:
Whisk all 3 ingredients together; let sit 5 minutes. Pour about 3/4 cup onto waffle iron and bake 6 minutes or until done.
