Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease 13x9 in baking dish. Combine flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon in large bowl; set aside. Beat butter and sugars with mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add coffee mixture, vanilla, and orange peel; beat well. Add the flour mixture and stir until combined.
Stir in white chocolate chips and toffee. Spread batter into pan
Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
NOTES: Gail made these April 2005. She said that she read that the middle will look gooey and a bit undone, but really isn't. But she said that she baked them 30 minutes and thought they were a bit gooey, and might do them 35 minutes next time. Gail used instant coffee and not espresso powder, and also did not use the orange peel.
