Good homemade salad dressing

1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
4 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Stacy's Notes - I usually don't have fresh lemons, so I just use bottled lemon juice. This is a very creamy dressing.

More Notes - these days, I try to use half regular dijon and half spicy brown or a heartier mustard for the other tablespoon. We both like it better that way!
