In large saucepan cook tortellini according to package directions, adding the broccoli for the last five minutes of cooking time. Drain; keep warm.
Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour and caraway seed. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add Swiss cheese and mustard, stirring till cheese melts. Stir in chicken; heat through. Pour sauce over tortellini mixture; toss well to coat.
Makes 4 main-dish servings.
