Cream butter and sugar. Beat 1 egg at a time to butter mixture. Add vanilla wafers, alternately with milk. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Icing:
Beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and beat until smooth . Spread on cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
