Brown ground beef and drain. Add cream of chicken soup and picante sauce, mixing well. Mix shredded cheeses in a separate container.
Line bottom of large glass casserole dish with tortillas. Layer meat mixture, then cheese mixture. Add one more layer of tortillas, meat, omitting the cheese.
Bake at 400 approx 15 minutes or till bubbly. Add the remaining cheese and cook till melted.
