Ingredients:

1 pound ground chuck
1 egg
crumbled saltine crackers
plain dry bread crumbs
seasonings to taste (garlic powder, salt and pepper, etc)
cornstarch / water
worcestershire sauce
Dale's seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 small can mushrooms, canned -- drained
Directions:
Mix up the ground beef, one egg, crumbled saltine crackers and plain bread crumbs to form into patties. Brown in skillet and cook a bit, then remove and keep warm.

To drippings in skillet, add cornstarch mixed with water, worcestershire sauce, Dale's seasonings and other seasonings as desired to make a gravy. Add chopped onions and drained mushrooms. Return patties to gravy and cook till done.
