Put chicken into crockpot, mix up the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
NOTE: This is kind of a sweet/sour thing, I serve it over steamed rice with a touch of soy sauce
Stacy's Notes - Made Nov 2002. This was good. I used 2 boneless, skinless breasts (next time try with bone-in breasts) and regular, not chunky, cranberry sauce. I halved everything else and served with rice (the sauce makes a good gravy).
