Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Stacy's Notes - Made this Oct 2002. I loved it and Tim said it was good (but he didn't seem thrilled!). I used 2 bone-in chicken breasts and made the full amount of sauce. I used white vinegar (because it was all I had on hand, no cider vinegar), 3 heaping T. of jarred minced garlic, and also sprinkled in a little crushed red pepper. It made lots of sauce, but I thought that it was really good on brown rice.
