DVD - The Flight of the Phoenix

We had not heard much about this movie, but Tim and I kept seeing commercials for it, so we decided to rent it. It was a good rental. Not one we will buy, and not one I would have needed to see at the theatre. But, entertaining, nonetheless.

Basic plot - an airplane piloted by Dennis Quaid is sent into a remote area of Mongolia to retrieve an oil crew. The oil company shut down that rig and sent the plane to ferry all the workers back. The plane crash lands in the Mongolian desert, and the story is about what happens to them after that.

It wasn't the greatest movie we had ever seen, but we enjoyed it. We would recommend it if you want a fairly clean, entertaining, airplane/crash kind of movie to rent! :)
