DVD - Friday Night Lights

You knew that eventually we would have to see this movie! You know us, we love football. And this movie didn't disappoint, it's a really great football movie.

Friday Night Lights is based on a true story about the Odessa-Permian (high school) football team, and their 1988 season. Billy Bob Thornton and Tim McGraw were both really good in their roles, as were several of the football players (but I didn't recognize these actors). And considering we had not read the book and didn't know the story, we really enjoyed the plot and how the story unfolded. If you like football, you will like this movie!
