DVD - Finding Neverland

I checked this DVD out of our local library in June, 2006 for Tim and I to watch. I really enjoyed it, although it was a bit slow in spots, but I liked the story and the characters and the overall British-ness of the movie.

Having had a bleak childhood, I've never seen or read Peter Pan so I had to ask Tim several things about the movie and the references to Peter Pan. Once he explained things, it made more sense and I really enjoyed it.

We rate this a 7 out of 10 stars. Tim's main comment for the review was that it was slow in the beginning. I didn't mind, it was on my list, I wanted to see it, and it was a bonus that it was a free rental from the library :)

My Score:

I think we rented/watched this one a month or two before you did, and we really enjoyed it. I thought it was a pretty good story, well acted, and it was interesting to see some of the story concerning the author.
