Stacy’s Notes: This is the measurement for a double batch, cut everything in half if you want a small batch. I have tried using smoked paprika, and even though I love that spice, I found that for us, the regular paprika worked better in this recipe. You can add more salt if you like, but I try to use a minimal amount, to make it a wee bit healthier. Also, if you like it spicy, add more cayenne pepper or even some chipotle powder, it’s a very versatile recipe. I store in a glass Kilner jar in my pantry. Enjoy!
