Stacy’s Notes: I adapted this from a recipe I found at AllRecipes. I took the basic recipe and then added a few of the suggestions in the notes. If I use a no-salt or low-salt tomato sauce or paste, I usually add a pinch of salt, to give it more flavor.
This makes enough for two pizzas, so I usually use half and freeze the other half in a ziploc for another pizza. Just take out earlier in the day and thaw in a bowl of water. We really like this recipe!
