Stacy’s Notes: I pinned the original recipe from cookiesandcups.com on Pinterest and tried it a few years ago. We love this cookie! I make the cookie dough just as the ingredients are written and cook in my cast iron skillet (heavily greased with Crisco). We’ve tried it multiple ways: after about 20 minutes, it’s gooey and spoon-able. After about 25 minutes, it is hard enough to cut into wedges or pieces. We like it both ways 🙂 If it’s spoonable, we definitely warm up and eat with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
