Stacy’s Notes: I usually double this and definitely have to store in the fridge (along with the buttermilk powder). I make dressing with this, using mayo and milk (have not tried the Greek yogurt).
Stacy’s Notes #2 – For a Mexican ranch, I mix up the base and then add lime and cumin. Works great on a salad as a side with enchiladas, tostados, tacos, fajitas, etc.
Stacy’s Notes #3 – when I started making yogurt in my Instant Pot, I looked for uses for the whey. I found that mixing 1 Tablespoon of the Ranch mix with 1/3 cup olive oil or greek yogurt mayo, along with 1/3 cup of whey produced a wonderful, tangy Ranch dressing!
