Stacy’s Notes: I make these as the original recipe states, except we leave out the seasoned salt and just add a dash of regular salt and pepper. We have tried these using ground turkey instead of ground chicken. While the turkey burgers were ok, we both agreed that we liked them a lot better with chicken. We have another recipe we use for a turkey burger, and always use this one with ranch for a tasty chicken burger!
Grill Notes: Tim said he grills over high heat for five minutes on the first side, flips them, and then usually does 5 more minutes on the other side.
