Place a small line of pizza sauce across the middle if you want a saucy or wetter egg roll. Then place 3-4 pepperoni on top, and then a piece of mozzarella string cheese. I tried different variations – some had pizza sauce on the bottom and some had no sauce. Some had one layer of pepperoni on the bottom and one piece of cheese. Another variety was a “double decker” – pepperoni, string cheese, then another row of pepperoni. Construct them however you want!
