Make the filling: I browned 1/2 pound ground turkey, and then added onion powder, garlic powder, powdered ginger, & white pepper. After the meat was brown, drain any grease and then add 1/2 bag cole slaw mix, and optionally, more diced carrots & onions to wilt. Tasted & adjusted and I added more jarred minced garlic, squeeze minced ginger, lots of liquid aminos or you can use soy sauce, and white & black pepper.Â
Take mixture off the heat, then add a dab of sesame oil. Cool the filling.
