Stacy’s Notes: I saw this really easy idea on Facebook. I have only tried it (so far) using rotisserie meat (I had some frozen in the freezer that I thawed out). I just did this in a skillet on the stovetop. I added a little bit of the pineapple juice from a small can, and some seasonings like salt, pepper, onion powder. I just cut up the pineapple chunks since I didn’t have a can of crushed. I eyeballed some bbq sauce that I had on hand. This was good, really easy and really quick to serve as sandwiches.
