Take about a heaping tablespoon of marshmallow creme and spread between two graham crackers. Put together sandwich style on a sheet tray lined with wax paper. Freeze the plain cracker sandwiches for a few minutes, so the marshmallow won’t ooze out. Then, take some meltable chocolate bark and microwave according to package direction until melted. Dip the chilled graham cracker sandwiches in the melted chocolate until coated. Garnish with sprinkled or chopped nuts, if you like.
