Once again I missed doing a menu last week but hopefully I can be on track this time. We were gone some last week and it’s just too hard to plan when out of town, well for me anyway! This is what I think I’m doing this week…….unless I start perusing all your menus and find something I like better.
Sunday…..Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, corn on cob
Monday…..Baked fish, green beans, whole wheat couscous
Tuesday….Grilled chicken sausages, slow cooked white beans
Wednesday….Gumbo at our midweek church supper
Thursday….Sandwiches and soup, maybe vegetable
weekend….tbd later
Be sure to visit Laura to see the other participants this week. Have a good Monday y’all!

Looks good Gail! I LOVE gumbo! I never make it though because no one else will eat it but me 🙁 My family is no fun. LOL

All comfort food favorites that my family loves. The baked fish sounds great and Talapia probably would be just as good with it even though my favorite white fish is catfish. 😉
Great menu.

Yum, sounds really good to me! Which chicken sausage flavor did you buy? And you have to tell me how you do the white beans. Tim used to love them done a certain way, with an old Zatarains white bean seasoning mix that of course, I can’t find anymore. I don’t think they make it or if they do, the stores don’t carry it here any more.
It all sounds good and healthy 🙂

Yummy! Sounds good!! I always serve corn with meatloaf but never think to use corn on the cob. Just might have to do that one night.
