I’m feeling very uninspired this week and for some reason I really don’t feel like planning or cooking anything! It will actually be a short week for me so maybe that’s a good thing, I’ll get a bit of a break. I have just a couple of things in mind to fix……….
Crockpot cranberry chicken, mashed potatoes, peas…..Sunday dinner
Seasoned tilapia, roasted brussel sprouts
Creamy salmon chowder
One night will probably be church supper and if I need something else to fix I might do a quiche along with fruit and veggies maybe.
I need to visit the other participants this week myself to get some new ideas or inspiration! You can find them all at Organizing Junkie, thanks for hosting Laura.

Yours sounds better than mine! I actually did make up a menu, but it’s so boring that I’m not even going to post it.

I’m up for some roasted brussels sprouts…they go with just about anything.
Have a great week!

I was like this last week….it does inspire you to go to others sites and look…get new ideas…although Laura has some great ones to look at. You know I go to alot of websites and get my ideas….Southern Living has a great new site…myrecipes.com….I really enjoy it.

Gail, thanks for visiting. I can truly recommend anything with lentils (actually all the pulses, but lentils are my favourite and then kidney beans). They are a WONDERFUL source of low-fat protein and are very good for you.
Here is a converter which is super-easy to use.

Enjoy and come tell me if you make it, okay?
