How in the WORLD do all you chickadees out there do it? You’re moms & grandmoms, with kids and jobs and you cook, clean, etc. AND blog too! I don’t know how you do it. Daughter Kathryn and her Katelyn are visiting me this week, they’ve been here since Saturday night and I find that I don’t really have time to do much of anything after meals and cleaning up some. I haven’t been around to visit you and I haven’t taken much time to try to write anything either. Don’t give up on me just yet, I hope to get around to see you more later and maybe post a little something else.
I stand in awe of all you blogger moms/grandmoms that have your kids around!

They are both so beautiful!
When I’m home with my children, I have to let my house go (for the most part) until they go to bed. Maybe that’s because mine are both so little (28 months and 9 months). I’m sure you can get more done when they are older and can help! My husband and I have agreed to just “live” in our house and pick it up after they go to bed!:)
I hope you have a wonderful time! I love being with family!

Well, I think they are more important. Enjoy them!!

What beautiful young women in your family! And don’t worry about us. We’ll be here when you return.
Oh, by the way, I read a few Beverly Lewis books on the Amish many, many years ago. But I find she has more now and I need to get going on them. Perhaps this fall. I’ll have to make a note on my “to read” list. Pass the titles you enjoy my way won’t you???

Like Stacy sai, your family is way more important. I can blog in between being a Mom because I have my routine down … day in and day out. I have to make *me* time or it won’t happen. You however don’t see your *girls* that often and you need to enjoy them! WHich, by the way, they are both beautiful!

Enjoy your girls while they’re here! I saw the Beverly Lewis books at the gift shops and wanted to pick one up. I’ll have to find them here, I’m sure it won’t be hard. I love the covers — the pictures are so compelling.

I would so rather spend time with that cutie than sit at a keyboard. ;v) Enjoy your family!

I don’t know how a lot of women do it either (but we’ve talked about this before!). Especially those that homeschool too, that just totally amazes me.
I know you are glad they are there and enjoying every minute. Give them both a big hug from me and tell them we miss them too! 🙂

Oh my…such beautiful girls!!!!
But don’t you give any of us a second thought! You just enjoy every minute of your visit! We’ll still be here waiting for you once they’ve gone home.

Welcome to my world! It’s a messy world, with dirty bathrooms and a dusty living room. But, it’s filled with so many great women I would have never met unless I blogged. Priorities!! I find I’m not getting to read as much as I’d like, but it all washes out in the end. I didn’t start blogging to be “the one to read”!!
Enjoy your girls, and we’ll catch up when they leave!!

Hope your having a great week!

They are both SOOOO beautiful! I let a lot of the house work go during the week usually. I do quite a bit on Saturday when hubby is home. But if I had a job too…I think something would have to go too. It does get hard to juggle everything sometimes.

I wouldn’t be blogging with those cute visitors around either! Enjoy the visit

What an adorable little cutie your granddaughter is! Her mommy is so pretty, too!
You know, you asked a good question because I’ve been blogging for a year now, and am just now starting to find a little balance. But house work does suffer on occasion!
In case you’re interested, I’m having a little book giveaway this week! (I think I remember you’re liking romance books…hint, hint…)
