Love your menus! Last night we had boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot with a mixture of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and it so yummy and rich! Added a caeser salad and bread..Serve it over rice and there ya go! NOt the healthiest but the easiest!

I made banana bread with the pans you gave me. I don’t think I’ve ever made it alone. It turned out really good! I ate a couple of pieces and then gave the rest to David.

I love that maple hoisin salmon and green beans! Oh, and we had th Shrimp and Wild Rice Casserole last night. It was so delicious I can not even tell you how much we loved it! I sauted some garlic with the onions and peppers. I think next time I will add some celery.
