Was able to stick pretty well to my plan last week so don’t think I have any carryover meals this time. I’m only going to go with 4 meals this week, hubby might not make it for supper one night so I’m planning accordingly.
Visit Laura at Organizing Junkie for the other participants this week and her great tips.
Teriyaki salmon, green beans, squash casserole
Chicken, foil pack veggies
Grilled shrimp caesar salad, broccoli
Southwest stuffed turkey burgers and maybe corn
What’s on your menu this week?
Happy Monday!

How are the foil pack veggies? I looked at the recipe & the picture. It looks so good!! I’m always looking for new things to cook. I tend to have the same meals over & over just because of school & time. This one looked pretty easy & healthy. P.S. -I hate that it costs more to eat healthy!! Packs of ramen noodles & boxes of pasta are so cheap!
