If you could take any job for just one month, what job would you like to have? (Assume that you have the knowledge to perform adequately)

I would be a singer/dancer in a Broadway musical!
(a month would be perfect!)

   I have no idea! How about one of those anonymous Epicurean type food critics. You know, the ones who go into a restaurant and order whatever they want, and don’t have to pay, and then get to say whatever they want (anonymously, without confrontation) about the quality of the food and service. Sounds like a good job to me! 🙂
