I’m home this week and hopefully so is my hubby so maybe meals will actually be cooked here this week! Although, I am feeling sick with a cold so we’re planning easy things.
Check out Laura’s place for her menus/ideas and all the other participants.
Monday…..all on the grill if it’s not raining, chicken, pineapple, veggie kabobs
Tuesday…..Grilled salmon, green beans
Wednesday….we are going to a cookout with friends so I’m bringing crunchy slaw, a family favorite that my kids ask for every time they’re home!
Thursday…..Pasta salad (either with chicken or shrimp), corn on the cob
Friday……quesadillas
Happy Monday!

Yum! I make that crunchy salad too, I have the recipe on my food blog but I use napa cabbage, I should try your version… it sounds easier and I’m sure it is just as good. Hope that cold leaves you soon. Have a great Monday and a fun holiday this week.

Oh yummity yummity! I LOVE crunchy slaw! And why haven’t I thought to put shrimp into pasta salad before? What in the world is wrong with me? That sounds delish!

Veggies on the grill always sound so good. But I have no idea how to make them. I’m sure I could google it!
