I hope everyone had a good weekend and not too much trouble from the storms that passed through part of the South. We gave a dinner party and shower for another engaged couple Saturday night so of course it rained! It seems to rain every time we give a party; most of the really bad weather was over before the start and it was just drizzling when we got through.
Got a semi-busy week and Monday’s meal might be eaten on the go. Be sure to visit Laura at Organizing Junkie to see who else is participating and posting their menus. Then maybe post and tell us what you’re having this week! Happy Monday.
Monday………chicken or turkey wraps, fruit, chips
Tuesday………Baked hoisin salmon, sweet potatoes, sesame green beans
Wednesday….church supper, but at the moment I’m not wanting what they have so I might make loaded potato soup
Thursday……Quesadillas (because I didn’t fix them last week!) & salad
Friday & Saturday……dinner plans with friends!
The salmon and green bean recipes are 2 of my all time favorites.
What are you having this week?

Love salmon–that sounds good. Wraps are usually a favorite here. We need to do that again.

Haven’t had a church dinner in years!

I meant months not years, sorry, that’s what trying to comment while the kids are arguing over putting the groceries away does to you!

Sounds very yummy. I so wish my hubby liked salmon, so I could try your recipe. Unfortunately, unless I cook it for myself, it won’t be happening! Of course, the kids would probably eat it, so who knows? Have a great week.

That all looks good, especially the wraps and quesadillas! 🙂

Yum, yum, yum! Can’t wait to try that Loaded Potato Soup! Sounds perfect for a day like today…your storm moved up north, but it’s dumping snow on us. I wish you’d have just sent the darn thing out to sea instead…lol.

I’ve been meaning to try those sesame green beans! I’ll get to them one day!
And I know I’ll get shot down for this, but I do not like Salmon 🙁 Do you think the glaze would work for chicken? Or if not chicken, a different fish?
Thanks!

I love sesame green beans, but I add soy sauce after they’ve steamed for a little while. Might be something different for a change. And I might have to try your salmon soon! Sounds really good!
