If I keep reading these, one of the days I will actually start planning weekly menus! Definately a good influence- and much better than rummaging through my cupboards at 4:30 wondering what to fix! 😉
I scrolled down and found the post on the oats! I’m going to look into these- thanks! 🙂
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Mmmmm Thanksgiving dinner sounds lovely. As an Aussie I have never tried it, though we do eat turkey at Christmas time.

Tell me about these green bean bundles – are they wrapped in bacon with catalina dressing on them and cooked in the oven? What about that Cranberry salsa? Sounds like a great week!

Gail – I’ll be watching for the salsa – do you just use chips with it? I love green beans cooked with the bacon and catalina dressing – I’ll have to do some soon!

Goodness, Gail. I’m amazed you’re cooking so much around Thanksgiving. LOL I made a HUGE pot of split pea soup and a double batch of cornbread muffins tonight. My hubby knows if he’s hungry in the next few days, that’s it. I’m making Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is currently down due to redecorating. 🙂
We do ours on Wednesday so Krissy and Andy can spend Thursday doing it with his family. The concessions you make once your children are grown and married, well, they don’t even matter. As long as we’re together for one day of thanks, it’s Thanksgiving.
I love your menu. Very, very much like my own.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Happy Stuffing Day. Burgers on Friday sounds like a fantastic idea after all that turkey.
