Not sure I’ll be able to stick to the plan this week, we’ll be seeing some of our kids and some meals might get changed around. But here’s the rough draft on what I’m doing! Go and visit our hostess Laura at Organizing Junkie for everyone else’s menus, they might be a bit more organized than me this week!

Sunday………………Catfish Allison, stir fry veggies
Monday…………….Grilled chicken wraps and roasted potatoes
Tuesday……………Baked Hoisin Salmon
Wednesday……….eat out
Thursday-Saturday…..we might have spaghetti, baked chicken and one other meal the kids might pick later!

Have a good week.

    Hi Gail!
Thank you so much for your nice comments around my “too much snow” pity party. Believe it or not the sympathy really did help 🙂

    Have a wonderful week!

Mmm…the salmon sounds yummy. I don’t think I’ve tried catfish though. Is that a popular American fish dish? a swish fish dish…don’t mind me…I can’t say fish dish without being silly (sounds so Dr Suez)!

    Have a great week!

Gail ~ I hope you have a wonderful week with your kids. Your menu looks delicious, as usual. And, I know what you mean about sticking to it!!! Oh, and the Kraft recipes I’ve used lately also seem to use the stuffing. Good thing I like stuffing. But, a girl could get tired of it real quick, huh? 🙂 I got my new Food & Family the other day and was surprised how many recipes called for it! Oh well! Anyway, have a great week and tell us all about the visit!

Having an idea of what to cook is half the battle. It saves you from the dreaded ” I don’t know what to make” syndrome. IF you come up with something better, it works.

I’m in on the salmon. Wish my crew liked it. When the budget is there I make it for myself sometimes–going to have to wait for a while. Enjoy!
