Had a full and fun weekend! We rented a movie Friday night to watch, “The Greatest Game Ever Played”, a true story and we enjoyed the movie. It was interesting to see some history behind golf, this tournament and the story of this amateur that played in it. I recommend it to watch.
We turned it back in on Saturday, on our way for our niece’s graduation festivities. That was a full day with travelling, visiting, and I got some plants I had been wanting for the yard. Sunday was church, D and E came and then we ate lunch at the country club, big crowd there. Everyone came home and took naps except for me; D slept almost the whole day that he was here! I cleaned up the kitchen and puttered around the house. E woke up and visited with us a little and helped a little getting the plants put in one of the beds. Hubby got Sonic for everyone for supper; that’s why they stayed as long as they did! They watched a few minutes of Survivor with me before they left. I also did some sewing on Friday and yesterday started on some things that I need to monogram for gifts. And today I have some other plants I need to get in some pots and in another bed.
We wished we had kept the movie for the whole rental time, so the kids could have watched in Sunday; maybe they wouldn’t have slept the whole time if we had a movie!

Sounds very busy but fun! I’ll have to add that movie to our rental list, thanks for the tip
What kind of plants are you planting? Annuals, perennials, shrubs? Inquiring minds want to know!

Ok, Liz says it was for an hour, sorry!
Plus, she even texted me when she got back wanting to know who won!
