* Daylight saving time, you are no good to me right now. I don’t like waking up in the dark because it makes me feel like I didn’t sleep long enough! I was able to sleep a little late last week, nice…. and then today it was back to waking up naturally around 6ish, what time is that really? TOO early!
* No sun for six long days, too long….time for the sun!
* Spring break but I have no kids at home and thus no trip planned…too much time on my hands?
* But spring break means March Madness….time for great basketball games and YAY for Miss. State winning the SEC and going to the big dance! The first game is a tough one though. Boo for no Survivor this week.
* I’m hoping for warmer weather this week.
* Somehow hubby got talked into doing a consumer survey over the weekend, they’ll pay this week when we turn it back in. Lo and behold it’s like a 100 page book! I don’t think it’s enough money for the time it’s taking to fill in.
* I don’t like the new facebook look!
A few things on tap for this week…….
haircut, probably past time
24 watching party tonight, I’m bringing bread
sewing, a few burp cloths and maybe something else
Happy Monday!
“does anybody really know what time it is?
does anybody really care, about time?”

Gail – I gave you an award. Come over to claim it.

Took awhile to get in the swing of daylight savings but we’re enjoying that it’s not dark at suppertime and we can still get outside. Although the darn wind lately has interferred with that idea.
No survivor? I didn’t catch that.

I’m one that wishes it would just always be daylight savings time – I like the longer days. But I agree, getting up when it is still dark outside doesn’t seem right either!

I’ve never watched 24. Is it good?

Thanks for reminding me that I need to make an appointment for a haircut! 🙂 I love Daylight Savings at night, but I will be glad when the days are long enough that we can have some light in the AM as well.

I know…I am just now getting use to the new time over a week later!
You’re so funny…I don’t like the new FB look either, Gail! 😉
Stop over and see the Home School Open House when you get a chance…(even though you don’t home school!) 🙂

I’m excited for March Madness too . . . although I’m pulling for Pitt, I like the whole shebang and will watch no matter who’s in it!
We’re finally getting some warmer weather too. YEAH!

We slept in for the time change since Scamp was at her Nana’s and our Sunday School starts at 8am! The last two days have been great here, weather-wise. I hope it stays warm. I’ve got the back door open and two kitties running in and out. They love the warm weather, too.

I just got back from visiting memphis and it was cloudy and rainy the whole 5 days I was there – ick! I was glad to be greeted by some sun when I got home and then a beautiful 80 degree day yesterday. Hope some of the sunshine has headed your way!

Not fond of DST either, but I never get up at 6 AM, either way. Ugh. Too early in the morning for me 🙁
Are you watching the game today? I might have to turn it on and root for the Dawgs. Tim hid my cowbell years ago, or else I’d be ringing that 🙂
No Survivor tonight? Bummer. Blame it on March Madness 🙂
